Some companies do not take certain garden items—this can be a real pain if you have to organise it yourself. However, MOVE IT take everything!
What is waiting time?
Sometime there can be a delay in obtaining the keys to your new home. As a standard they should be available by 2pm at the latest. However, if it goes beyond this time some companies will charge an hourly rate, known as ‘waiting time’, this can increase the costs significantly, especially if the keys are up to 3 hours late!
MOVE IT do not charge waiting time! We understand that it is not your fault and the last thing you need is up to £80 an hour added to your bill!
MOVE IT will disconnect your appliances, and then reconnect them in your new home. In addition we also dismantle any furniture as required, and then reassemble. All of this—and at no extra cost!

Our business was founded in 1964 by our father, Jack Santini, along with nearly all the family. Initially they were moving equipment for the Ministry of Defence up until 1968, when Jack started commercial moves across the UK and occasionally the continent.
In the late seventies he branched into the domestic removals market, for which he continued successfully until his recent retirement.
We have carried on this family tradition and have kept ourselves a small concern. Still a family business we are not “the expensive big boys” as our father would say. The person who visits to quote for the work should also be the person who moves you, say no more!
